We respect your data privacy. You can instantly delete your account and all associated data directly within the CoinBridge app, or request a manual deletion if you no longer have access to your device.
The fastest and most secure way to remove your data is directly through the CoinBridge app.
1. Open the CoinBridge app and log in.
2. Navigate to your Profile / Settings tab (or Drawer Menu for Staff).
3. Scroll down and tap the red Delete Account button.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your data will be erased instantly.
If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, email our compliance team from the address registered to your account. All data — including your connection history and verification documents — will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 days.
Use the exact subject line. Requests from unregistered addresses cannot be processed.
We may ask a confirmatory question to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
Your account, verification documents, and logistics history are permanently removed.
