Information we collect

  • Contact Information — Your name, email address, and phone number, used for account creation, authentication, and service updates.
  • Location Data — Precise location data to verify regional eligibility and coordinate secure logistics.
  • User Content — Photos or videos (specifically for Identity KYC documents and verification receipts), and Audio data (transmitted during live VoIP calls with our agents).
  • Identifiers — Internal User IDs and Device IDs (push tokens) to maintain secure sessions and deliver in-app notifications.
  • Platform Settings — Account details necessary to facilitate and track your global network connections.

What we do not do

  • We do not share your personal phone number or email address with agents or third-party marketers.
  • We do not record or store the audio from your live agent calls.
  • We do not sell your personal, financial, or location data.

How your data is used

Data is used exclusively for App Functionality — to operate the platform securely, verify your identity against fraud, route in-app calls, and provide relevant regional services. All communication between users and agents happens entirely within the app.

Data retention & deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. See the Account Deletion page for instructions. Data is removed within 7 days of a verified request.

Account Deletion

We respect your data privacy. You can instantly delete your account and all associated data directly within the CoinBridge app, or request a manual deletion if you no longer have access to your device.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to remove your data is directly through the CoinBridge app.

1. Open the CoinBridge app and log in.
2. Navigate to your Profile / Settings tab (or Drawer Menu for Staff).
3. Scroll down and tap the red Delete Account button.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your data will be erased instantly.

Method 2: Manual Web Request

If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your device, email our compliance team from the address registered to your account. All data — including your connection history and verification documents — will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 days.
